This creamy, cool frozen key lime daiquiri is the perfect cocktail for these last summer days. It’s a little bit tart, a little bit sweet, and whether you’re by the pool, at the beach, or simply looking for a delicious way to unwind after work, a frozen key lime daiquiri is the ideal summertime pick-me-up.

Ingredients:
While not imperative, Blue Chair Bay Rum in Key Lime Creme does all the heavy lifting for you. Think of it as a variation of an Irish cream, with key lime notes that are bright and tangy. It’s rich and creamy and makes this beverage wonderful. Hosting a crowd? Blue Chair does have a large batch version of this recipe on its website. I can assure you I’m not sponsored, we’re just big fans of theirs.
If you are unable to find Blue Chair Bay, you can substitute 2oz of any lime-flavored rum and 2 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk. You will also want to remove the use of simple syrup, as the condensed milk is sweet enough on its own.

Limes! Living in Florida, I am lucky enough to find key limes on a fairly consistent basis. However, I tend to use Persian limes more often than not.
Simple Syrup is optional. You can absolutely skip this part, and the key lime creme will have enough sweetness. However, I do like to cut a bit of the acidity from the fresh lime juice. Go with whatever your preference is.

Thats it! Seriously, it’s that simple. Making this frozen daiquiri is a breeze—all you need is a blender and a few key ingredients. So, get creative and have fun, and enjoy these last few days of summer. Cheers!
