Welcome to Our Food Before Us! I’m Nicole and I’m so happy you’re here!

I’m a wife, mother, food lover, sometimes snail-paced jogger, and pop culture aficionado. I live in Florida with my husband, 3 kids, and our super fluffy golden retriever lovingly referred to as Wilson.

I started Our Food Before Us as a place to share recipes and stories, but even more so to create a community. My absolute favorite thing in this world is making family meals. To me, nothing sparks more joy than gathering around a table and sharing a meal with those you love. Whether it’s a big celebration or lazy Sunday brunch, food is always what brings us back together.

And so, I invite you to come in and take a seat at our table, while I share my family recipes and stories.
